The liquid agent is double absorber of UV rays and blue-light, blocking 200-410nm. It has the advantage of good universality, high efficiency, weather resistance, moisture-proof, no precipitation, no bluish halo, no fluorescence. It can match well with most resin by internal addition, therefore it is a efficient UV & blue light absorber, and easy to use.
-Different addition amount
according to client’s application:
① Used for blocking UV rays, the additive amount is 4% of the resin amount (dry
thickness 8um, the solid content of resin is 40%), and the additive amount is
only 1/4 of BASF liquid ultraviolet absorber. The additive amount of BASF
liquid ultraviolet absorber is 10% (dry thickness 8um, the solid content of
resin is 40%)
② Used for blocking blue light, the additive amount is 15% of the resin amount
(dry thickness 8um, the solid content of resin is 40%)
-Matching well: it can be used with various resin. Most of the blue light
absorbers in the market has the risk of precipitation when added into the resin,
while this agent will not precipitate.
-Weather resistance: with high temperature (100℃), high humidity (in water),
strong ultraviolet irradiation(6kW mercury lamp) for 1 hour, the reduction of UV
blocking rate is less than 5%, while the blue light absorber, that has no
fluorescent halo in the market, the reduction of UV blocking rate is more than
50%.
-Moisture absorption: the ordinary ultraviolet absorbers in the market,
including that produced by BASF, will absorb moisture when being added into the
coating, more obvious, larger additive amount, while the QCS-5055 does not
absorb moisture anyway.
-It can be used as an auxiliary of transparent thermal
insulation coating or UV-proof coating.
-It can be used in pressure sensitive adhesive as composite layer.
-It can be used in UV anti-scratch glue, UV blocking can reach 95%.
-Being used for production of glass thermal insulation coating, UV blocking＞99%, additive amount suggested: 2-3%.
-Being used for production of anti-UV or anti-blue light film, additive amount suggested is listed as follows: When the thickness of dry film is 8um, the ratio of QCS to glue (40% solid content) = 0.3: 5, the UV(200-380nm) blocking rate is more than 99%; If blocking 200-400nm(the RMB watermark can be blocked), the ratio is 2: 5.
Packing: 20kg/barrel.
Storage: in a cool, dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
Notes:
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing.
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a doctor if necessary.
