Wear-resistant Hardened Anti-corrosion Coating for Metal

Although there is a dense oxide film protective layer on the metal surface, it will react and be corroded when the acid and alkali solution is encountered, especially some anions will accelerate the corrosion of the metal. Therefore, a protective layer needs to be made on the surface of the metal. The metal surface protective coating produced by our company can effectively infiltrate into the interior of the metal substrate and form a dense film, which can effectively protect the metal from corrosion. At the same time, the hardness and wear resistance of the metal surface have been greatly improved, and it also has the function of anti-fouling, hydrophobic and hydrophobic oil.

Suitable for metal hardening and wear-resistant protection, such as metal base automobile hub, door handle, electrical devices, guardrail, furniture and so on.

According to the shape, size and surface condition of the base material, the suitable process is chosen, such as spraying, dipping, scraping and rubbing etc. Small test coating is suggested before construction.

Self-drying

Step 1: Coating. Select the appropriate coating process, after coating hold for 3 minutes;

Step 2: Curing. Surface drying in 20 min-40 minutes, complete drying in three days.

Heat-curing

Step 1: Coating. Select the appropriate coating process, after coating hold for 3 minutes;

Step 2: Curing. Heating at 120 for 30minutes, and coating solidify.

UV-curing

Step 1: Coating. Choose the appropriate coating process;

Step 2: Waiting leveling. After coating, set at room temperature for 3 minutes to make the full leveling;

Step 3: Drying. Heating for 3 minutes in the oven at 60 and volatilizing the solvent;

Step 4: Curing. 3000W UV lamp (with a distance of 10-20 cm, wavelength of 365 nm) curing for 10 seconds.

Cautions:

1. Keep sealed in a cool place, label clear to prevent misuse.

2. Far away from fires, placed where children not reach.

3. Good ventilation conditions and strictly prohibit fire.

4. Wear protective clothing, chemical protective gloves and goggles.

5. No entrance, avoid eyes and skin contact, in case of splashing into eyes, immediately rinse with a large amount of water, and seek medical treatment.

Packing: 20kg/barrel.

Storage: In a cool, dry place, avoid sun exposure.
