Hardened Wear-resistant Anti-fouling Protective Coatings for Wood Floor
As a type of common material, wood can be widely used in building and decoration industries such as floor, furniture and so on. To improve hardness, wear resistance and anti-fouling performance of wood floor, in tradition dozens processes are be done on surface of wood floor. The hardened wear-resistant anti-fouling protective coatings, is developed by our company, by coating one primer layer and surface layer, then the perfect effect is achieved. It greatly promotes the integration of the production line, process optimization, improves the cost control ability, leading new upgrading in the field of surface treatment on wood floor.

- Excellent adhesion, cross lattice adhesion up to grade 0;

- Good flexibility, high hardness and wear resistance;

- Good weather resistance, no effect by changing temperature and humidity;

- High gloss or matte coatings can be freely chosen;

- Good flame retardant and ultraviolet resistance;

- Easy to operate, suitable for large-scale chemical industry coating;

- Environmental protection, no solvent escaped during the coating process.

The coatings are suitable for hardening, wear-resisting and anti-fouling surface treatment on wood floor, furniture, etc.

According to the shape, size and surface condition of the base material, the suitable process is chosen, such as spraying, dipping, scraping and rubbing etc. Small test coating is suggested before construction.

Heat-curing method

Step 1: Primer coating. Clean and dedusting the substrate after grinding, select the appropriate process to coat the primer, and leave it for 3 minutes after coating.

Step 2: Heat-curing of primer coating. Heating at 100 for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: Surface coating. Sanding, dust removal, selection of appropriate process for coating;

Step 4: UV curing of surface coating. 3000 W UV lamp (10-20 cm apart, wavelength365 nm) illuminates for 10 seconds for curing.
