This product is oil-based carboncrystal heat insulation medium, that is composed of nano carbon and selective inorganic elements doped with high temperature. It has good permeability, strong coloring power, no fading, good near infrared and UV blocking. It can be widely used in coating, paint, film, etc, avoiding the shortcomings of traditional carbon, such as high haze and limited addition.
-Small primary particle size, good dispersibility;
-Good stability, , no precipitation after long-term storage;
-Super low transparency film, VLT＜1% film can be got with it with low haze;
-Infrared and ultraviolet rays blocking can reach 80% and 99% respectively;
-Strong weather resistance, QUV 5000h, performance no attenuation, no fading.
It can be matched with resin glue to develop heat insulation, anti-UV window film or coating. It can also be used with our GTO high performance insulation medium to produce more specifications products, such as automotive solar film, architectural solar film, agricultural greenhouse film, heat insulation coatings, etc.
It is added to the resin system as a proportion of 10-20% to make various heat insulation or anti-infrared products with low transparency.
Notes：
1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing.
2. Keep far from the fire, at the place where children can't reach;
3. Ventilate well and prohibit the fire strictly;
4. Wear PPE, such as protective clothing, protective gloves and goggles;
5. Prohibit contacting with the mouth, eyes and skin, in case of any contact, flush with large amount of water immediately, call a physician if necessary.
