It is used to produce high insulation EVA film by means of internal adding, which film can be made into heat insulation and energy saving glass, used for building windows and doors, curtain wall, and so on.
According to the thickness of EVA film and optical index required, add it into the cross-linking agent as to 0.6- 0.8% weight ratio. The cross-linking agent and EVA resin are blended, extruded and pressed to produce EVA insulation film by point spray, stirring, co-extrusion and so on.
