According to the
actual situation of the base material, appropriate methods can be choosed for
coating (dip coating, roll coating, spraying, etc.), and it is recommended to
test coating in small area before application.
Before coating, the
grease and moisture on the glass surface must be removed to keep the glass
clean.
Curing conditions:
after coating, pre-heating at 60-70 ℃ for 2-3 minutes, and then cure under
UV irradiation with light energy above 100 mJ.
