Textile Nano Silver Antimicrobial Finishing Agent AGS-F-1

This product is efficient antibacterial finishing agent which is made up of inorganic nano silver. It is widely applicable for cotton, blended fabric, chemical fiber, non-woven fabric, leather, etc. It will not affect the handle, color, state of fabric, the antibacterial rate of the finished fabric still keep over 99% after 50 washing times.

The agent can kill more than 650 kinds of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms in a few minutes;

The agent can combine with the bacteria's cell walls rapidly to achieve sterilizing effectively;

Long-lasting antibacterial, polymerization of nano-silver and the textile surface form a ring-shaped structure which makes the finished fabric washable;

Fixed hydrophilic & lipophilic radical groups make the fabric maintain strong permeability and non-yellowing;

Good repeatability, after the combination with oxygen metabolism enzyme (-SH), the silver can also be freed and used again.


It is used for blended fiber, chemical fiber, non-woven fabric, etc.



Spraying, Padding, Dipping methods, the recommended dosage is 2-5%, and the washing times are related to the dosage.

Spraying method: spray the working solution on the fabric surface directly.

Process: spraying→ drying100-120℃;

Padding method: apply to the tumbling-type fabric.

Process: padding→ drying(100-120℃)→curing150-160℃;

Dipping method: apply to knitwear (towel, bath towel, sock, mask, sheet, bedding bag, napkin), garments (cotton sweater, shirt, sweatshirt, underwear, lining), etc.

Process: dipping→ dewatering(recycle the thrown out solution and add it to the dip tank)→drying100-120℃.

20 washing times: added by 2%.

30 washing times: added by 3%.

50 washing times: added by 5%.

Packing: 20 kgs/barrel.

Storage: in a cool & dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
